IEPOnline 3.0: Current Response and Support
We know the transition to IEPOnline 3.0 hasn’t worked the way it should and has created significant challenges and additional work for educators and districts. We recognize the frustration this has caused and the impact that system, workflow, and data issues can have on the educators who rely on IEPOnline to support students with disabilities.
WSIPC and Public Consulting Group (PCG) are actively working to address the issues users are experiencing. WSIPC’s governing Board, made up of the superintendents of Washington’s nine educational service districts, is directly engaged in the response.
The work is focused on identifying and prioritizing the issues causing the greatest disruption, establishing clear expectations and timelines for corrective action, supporting districts while issues are addressed, and providing transparent information about progress.
This page serves as the central source for current public information about the IEPOnline 3.0 response. We’ll share technical progress, actions underway, resources and guidance, and opportunities for input.
Our focus remains on reducing the burden on educators, restoring reliable functionality, and supporting districts so educators can focus their time and attention where it belongs: serving students.
