WSIPC is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for RFP 25-02 Cybersecurity and Regulatory Compliance Training Solutions designed to address the unique risks and requirements of the K-12 education environment.

The selected vendors will support education and public agencies by offering comprehensive training resources focused on cybersecurity awareness, data protection, and regulatory compliance related to educational technology, student data privacy, and software systems. Training should align with federal, state, and local regulations governing K-12 operations, including but not limited to FERPA, COPPA, CIPA, and applicable cybersecurity frameworks.

Proposals should demonstrate an understanding of the evolving cybersecurity threats facing K-12 institutions and offer scalable, user-friendly training options that can be deployed across diverse educational settings.

WSIPC is releasing RFP 25-02 to establish relationships with one or more vendors that provide responsible and lowest-possible cost for cybersecurity and compliance awareness training solutions in accordance with the specifications contained in this RFP.

Any parties interested in responding must complete and send an RFP 25-02 Intent to Participate Form (Appendix A) to the WSIPC Contracts Administrator at rfpadministration@wsipc.org.

Proposals from vendors must be received by3:00 PM (Pacific Time) on June 2, 2025. Late responses will not be accepted.
