Prepare Today. Communicate When It Matters Most!

Prepare Today. Communicate When It Matters Most!
September is National Preparedness Month, a good reminder that being prepared means more than having a plan. It means having the right tools to communicate quickly and effectively when your school community needs information most.
Through WSIPC RFP 22-03 – Notification System Solutions, school districts have access to solutions designed to support emergency alerts, everyday communications, and stronger connections between schools and families.
Awarded vendors include:
- BrightArrow Technologies Inc. – Mass voice, text, email, social media, push notifications, and emergency notifications.
- Ednetics Inc. – Integrated notification and communication solutions.
- K12 Alerts – Emergency and routine communications, including voice, email, text, social media, automated notifications, and Smart Button campus safety technology.
- ParentSquare – An all-in-one communication platform offering mass notifications, two-way messaging, translation, websites, forms, payments, and more.
Whether it’s an emergency alert, a schedule change, or an important message to families, preparedness starts with having reliable ways to reach the people who need to know.
This National Preparedness Month, take a fresh look at your district’s communication plans and make sure your notification tools are ready when it matters most.
