Under RFP 26-01, PC Parts Plus LLC dba ChromebookParts.com gives customers one source for the full lifecycle of student and staff devices: purchasing, replacement parts, repair, deployment and end-of-life recovery. We support Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP and Lenovo along with more than 29 other brands, and we are an Authorized Service Provider (ASP) for Lenovo, Acer and ASUS.
Replacement Parts: We stock more than 6,600 unique Chromebook and laptop part SKUs at our St. Paul, MN warehouse and have access to an extended catalog of 50,000+ SKUs for specialized and legacy models. Every part goes through a dual verification process for fit and function before it ships. Parts carry a 1-year warranty, ship free with no minimum order, and in-stock items ship within 3-5 days of receiving a purchase order.
New and Refurbished Devices: New Chromebooks, laptops and other computer devices from leading manufacturers are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, and refurbished devices carry a 1-year warranty from us. Extended warranty plans from 1 to 4 years and Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) are available for an additional cost. We can fill orders from a single unit up to rollouts of 15,000+ devices.
Repair Services: Our 8,750 sq. ft. in-house repair center handles everything from routine component replacements to high-level motherboard repairs, supported by in-house BGA rework capability. Repairs carry a 1-year warranty, and repair pricing is listed by line item in our WSIPC pricing schedule.
Deployment and Configuration (White Glove): We can complete secure configuration, enrollment and provisioning in-house so devices arrive ready to use on day one, or work alongside your IT staff on your own deployment process. Our devices work with common management platforms such as the Google Admin console. Asset tagging is available with standard labels or laser engraving.
Lifecycle and Asset Management: We help members plan refresh and replacement schedules, track the lifecycle status of their equipment (active, end-of-sale and end-of-support dates), and receive purchase and asset reporting for internal tracking and audits. Trade-in, buyback and upgrade programs help offset the cost of new technology.
Recycling and Assistive Technology: Retired equipment is recycled responsibly through our e-waste partner Palladin, with documentation available on request. We can also source assistive technology devices and adaptive peripherals for students and staff with specific accessibility needs.
Ordering and Support: Members order by purchase order through their dedicated account team, Senior Account Executive Trevor Johnson and Account Support Specialist Tyler Stask, by phone or email. Our in-house customer support team is available by phone, email and live chat Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, and IT staff can use our library of step-by-step repair videos for on-site troubleshooting. Damaged or incorrect items are returned with a prepaid shipping label, and we can send a replacement immediately when a part is urgently needed. Volume pricing is available for large-scale rollouts and bulk purchases.
