November is National Family Engagement Month, a time to recognize the vital role families play in student success. Strong partnerships between families and schools lead to better attendance, achievement, and well-being.
To help districts strengthen these connections, the WSIPC Purchasing Program offers powerful tools through two key contracts:
- WSIPC RFP 22-03 – Notification System Solutions
- WSIPC RFP 22-02 – Learning Management System Solutions

Notification System Solutions (RFP 22-03)
Awarded vendors provide tools that help schools reach families instantly, through texts, calls, emails, or app alerts.
- Send messages in multiple languages and formats so every family stays informed.
- Automate reminders for conferences, events, or attendance follow-ups.
- Offer two-way communication so families can respond, ask questions, or give feedback.
- Use analytics to track engagement and refine outreach.

The WSIPC Purchasing Program connects K-12 public and private schools and public agencies to a network of technology partners, leveraging the power of your WSIPC Cooperative to provide competitively bid goods and services at a reasonable cost. Each vendor who becomes a part of the WSIPC Purchasing Program has been awarded a bid contract through an official RFP process in compliance with Washington State Procurement RCWs.
