To help districts strengthen these connections, the WSIPC Purchasing Program offers powerful tools through two key contracts:

Notification System Solutions (RFP 22-03)

Awarded vendors provide tools that help schools reach families instantly, through texts, calls, emails, or app alerts.

• Send messages in multiple languages and formats so every family stays informed.
• Automate reminders for conferences, events, or attendance follow-ups.
• Offer two-way communication so families can respond, ask questions, or give feedback.

The WSIPC Purchasing Program connects K-12 public and private schools and public agencies to a network of technology partners, leveraging the power of your WSIPC Cooperative to provide competitively bid goods and services at a reasonable cost. Each vendor who becomes a part of the WSIPC Purchasing Program has been awarded a bid contract through an official RFP process in compliance with Washington State Procurement RCWs.
