Founded in 1982, MicroK12 has served K–12 school districts throughout the Pacific Northwest for more than four decades as an authorized reseller and technology services provider. Our long-standing relationships within the K–12 community give us a strong understanding of the evolving role technology plays in instruction, operations, and infrastructure.

MicroK12 operates two facilities, including locations in Washington and Oregon, enabling regional coverage and efficient logistical support across the Northwest.

We support our customers through a comprehensive range of services, including:

• A team of over 40 service technicians providing warranty and break/fix repair services for many of the product lines we sell.
• Two fully equipped warehouses supporting imaging, staging, and deployment services such as laser engraving, asset tagging, enrollment, green deployment, recycling, and full‑color UV printing, offered as a white‑glove service.
• A dedicated Engineering team providing network design, planning, and implementation support, including one‑to‑one initiatives, large‑scale deployments, and network and firewall optimization.
• An outside sales team focused exclusively on K–12 education, working with districts to plan and manage technology initiatives.
• An integrated inside sales and support team that works in coordination with assigned outside account representatives to provide streamlined support for ordering, product demonstrations, technical questions, and ongoing service needs.
• A long‑tenured workforce committed to reliability, accountability, and delivering a consistent customer experience.
