Catalis can process any payment types that need to be collected, including (but only limited by your needs) student activity fees, tuition payments, books and other supplies, fines and fee payments, copies and other administration fees, enrollment fees, parking permit fees, donations, and more.
Once you partner with Catalis, your administration can allow your student's families to pay how they want. You decide what methods you want to deploy, including:
- Pay at the school counter via secure credit card readers with contactless technology deployment.
- Pay on your school’s fully mobile optimized payment website created by Catalis.
- Pay over the phone 24/7 via interactive voice response system.
- Pay over the phone by speaking with a bilingual (Spanish/English) call center representative.
- Pay in cash at a local retailer such as Family Dollar, CVS Pharmacy, 7-11, and more, including thousands of additional locations.
Electronic receipts are offered as standard to the payer. Full or partial payments can be accepted. Catalis services are available integrated or non-integrated depending on your school's needs, and they are provided with the highest security as required by today's government and industry standards.
