In accordance with RCW 28A.505.100, districts must manually enter a break out of their F-195 Salary Exhibit data by State and Local funding sources into OSPI’s EDS application.

To assist districts with gathering this information, WSIPC has created a Data Mining report that can be imported into district databases. This report captures Assignment Breakdown data, and can be implemented or revised based on district need.

To learn more about this report, contact your Information Service Center.
