WSIPC Creates Custom Reports to Help Districts Meet HB 1200 Requirements!

Recently enacted Substitute House Bill 1200 requires public employers to provide employee information to exclusive bargaining unit organizations, if the employer has the information in the their records.

The following information must be provided:

  • Employee's name and date of hire
  • Employee's contact information, including:

    • Cellular, home, and work telephone numbers
    • Work and the most up-to-date personal email addresses
    • Home address or personal mailing address
  • Employment information, including the employee's job title, salary or rate of pay, and work site location or duty station

At the request of the Washington Education Association, WSIPC has created reports (for SMS 2.0 and Qmlativ) that allow districts to easily meet the requirements of the bill, saving them valuable time.

WSIPC’s purpose is to help schools do more with every dollar and to empower them with the tools to work smarter. These reports are another great example of the time-saving tools we provide to our districts and the benefits they receive as members of the WSIPC Cooperative.
