WASWUG Spring 2020 Conference
Currently Moving Forward as Planned

We are carefully monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak, and will comply with all Washington State Department of Health recommendations and mandates for participation in public events.

In his press conference yesterday, Governor Inslee banned gatherings of more than 250 people until the end of March 2020. WASWUG Spring 2020 is not scheduled to occur until April 26-28, so at this time we are planning to move forward with the conference as scheduled.

Our number one concern is the health and safety of our attendees and speakers, our partners, our colleagues, and our vendors.

We will re-evaluate the situation in early April and keep you apprised of any changes.

If you have questions, see our FAQ page or contact the WASWUG Registrar.
