Looking for Your Data? FreeDoc is the Answer!

Your Skyward software has accumulated student transcripts along with a full, rich history of payroll and retirement data. Still, responding to a DRS records request can be a little like being a detective piecing together a former employee’s payroll history.

Now, you can see this full history and preserve all the data together with WSIPC’s Purchasing Program partner, FreeDoc!

FreeDoc can extract this data as individual documents (in one search!) and file it for archive in a Laserfiche Department of Defense (DoD) encrypted cloud site. And, they can do this for the legal retention period (100 years) as required by the Public Records Act!

Full payroll histories can be extracted and filed by individual person and school year as text-searchable reports.

This unique service, provided by FreeDoc, is offered under the WSIPC RFP 21-01 Computer Software, Licenses, and Services contract!
