IEP Online Translation

Effective communication with families—especially those who are non-native English speakers—is essential for fostering a supportive educational environment. PCG’s translation solution offers:

Two convenient translation pricing options:

• Per Page Pricing Model: A one-time implementation fee of $750, which includes configuration of the district site and webinar training. The ongoing cost is $5 per unique page. Districts are invoiced quarterly.
• Flat Rate Pricing Model: This model has the same one-time implementation fee of $750 as the Per Page Pricing Model. However, instead of per-page pricing, it provides a fixed rate for the school year. This allows all users to translate all forms and documents for students on their caseloads, including draft documents. Districts are invoiced once per school year.
