RFP 25-03 Alternative Learning Experience (ALE) Information Management System

WSIPC is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for RFP 25-03 Alternative Learning Experience (ALE) Information Management System designed to address the needs of educational, public and tribal entities in the USA.

The ideal system will serve as a comprehensive platform that supports flexible, student-centered learning for diverse learners. The system will enable districts to create, manage, and monitor individualized learning plans; track enrollment and progress across multiple learning pathways; and maintain compliance with State and federal ALE requirements. It should facilitate collaboration among students, educators, and families; integrate seamlessly with existing Student Information Systems and district technologies; and provide secure, accessible tools that adapt to the evolving needs of today’s learning environments.

Vendors with proven experience supporting alternative and equitable learning environments who believe their solution meets the RFP requirements, specifications, and timelines, are invited to submit a proposal as specified herein.

Any parties interested in responding must complete and send an Intent to Participate Form (Appendix A of RFP) to the WSIPC Contracts Administrator at rfpadministration@wsipc.org.

Electronic proposals from vendors must be received by 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) on Monday, November 17, 2025. Late responses will not be accepted. The virtual proposal public opening date is subject to change at WSIPC’s sole discretion.
