RFP 26-01 Technology Devices, Related Products and Services
WSIPC is requesting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide Technology Devices, Related Products and Services that support the needs of educational, tribal, and public agencies throughout the United States.
Vendors that can demonstrate the ability to provide the technology, products and services described in this solicitation are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and timelines set forth within the Solicitation document.
RFP Title: Technology Devices, Related Products and Services
RFP Description: WSIPC is seeking qualified vendors to provide Technology Devices, Related Products and Services through a cooperative purchasing contract available to educational entities, tribal organizations, and public agencies. Offerings may include, but are not limited to, Chromebooks, notebooks, laptops, desktop computers, tablets, iPads, mobile devices, monitors and displays, peripherals, accessories, charging and storage solutions, device management tools, deployment and configuration services, warranty and lifecycle support, asset management services, repair services, and related technology products and services designed to support evolving technology environments across education and public-sector organizations.
Any parties interested in responding must complete and send an RFP 26-01 Intent to Participate Form (Appendix A) to the WSIPC Contracts Administrator at rfpadministration@wsipc.org by August 17, 2026.
Proposals from vendors must be received by 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) on Monday, September 14, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted.
