WSIPC’s Product Support and Services Team Reveals Their New Motto!

For the last year, the WSIPC Product Support & Services (PSS) department has been working on our own department motto that falls in line with the overall WSIPC brand. We wanted a single phrase that not only showcased what we do within the agency but also why we do it. Our department’s creativity was inspiring, and some really great discussions took place about who we are as individuals, what we have in common, and what our role is within the greater WSIPC Cooperative.

Over the last several years, the support teams have gone from being individual teams within the agency to being a collaborative and united department that is focused on serving the Cooperative. While there is uniqueness to each of the three support teams, the goal of the department remains the same, which is to serve and support our clients while meeting WSIPC’s Vision—to be the exception in service.

We believe that our motto defines the values and commitment that each of us brings to WSIPC, and specifically to the type of work that we do in PSS. Our department is made up of individuals who are passionate about helping others. You can see this every day, not only in their work at WSIPC but in their personal lives as well—many of them volunteer in various ways within their communities. Their heartfelt desire to serve others, and their commitment to ensuring the success of our clients and the districts we serve, is an inspiration.

Over the coming weeks and months, you will see us start to incorporate our motto into our communications as well as the support tools that we use (SharePoint, PowerPoint templates, WSIPC Website, etc.). We are excited to share our PSS motto with you, and hope that you see this in action with every interaction you have with us.
