WSIPC is excited to announce a new opportunity to join our team as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the design, execution, and continuous advancement of our information security initiatives.

As CISO, you will shape the future of WSIPC’s information security posture by developing strategies, policies, and standards that safeguard our organization, while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices. Your leadership will be essential in protecting critical data, supporting scalable operations, and fostering a culture of security awareness across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement information security policies and procedures.
  • Establish and oversee security standards that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, reporting key findings to senior leadership.
  • Monitor and respond to emerging threats, incorporating the latest security trends and intelligence.
  • Design secure network architectures and prepare for security audits and compliance assessments.
  • Lead incident response efforts and conduct post-incident analyses.
  • Develop and deliver security awareness training across the organization.
  • Manage third-party security risks and vendor compliance.
  • Maintain and refine business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Track and report key security metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage the information security budget and allocate resources effectively.
