WSIPC Announces Back To School Health and Safety Tool for Districts!
WSIPC has partnered with Qualtrics to launch their Qualtrics Back To School solution!
The Qualtrics Back to School solution is a system of action with accurate, real-time reporting and insights to help you identify the best reopening model for your district based on student, teacher, staff, and family sentiment.
From symptom checking self-certification to contact tracing and ongoing new normal pulse surveying, Qualtrics enables school leaders to make rapid adjustments around top-of-mind concerns including well-being, school operations, teaching, and learning.
Solutions are built with input from survey methodologists, school leaders, and experts such as Angela Duckworth's Character Lab.

What Will It Cost?
The cost to WSIPC Cooperative districts is $1.00 per student FTE and $8.50 per staff FTE. Pricing is based on a tiered model, so as more districts participate, the pricing will drop.
How Can My District Sign Up?
To order the Qualtrics Back to School solution, complete the following steps:
- Download and complete the Qualtrics Order Form, from our WSIPC website
- Identify your district name and information for a primary district contact
- Add the quantity of district students
- Add the quantity of district staff (full certified and classified)
- Generate a 20-21 District Purchase Order, payable to WSIPC, for your total order amount
- Email the completed Qualtrics Order Form and your District PO to Accounting@wsipc.org
WSIPC will place your order with Qualtrics and will invoice your district for the 20-21 annual fees.
