Ever wondered what an ISC is and why they matter to Washington’s schools?

Think of Information Service Centers (ISCs) as regional technology heroes for K-12 education. A vital part of our WSIPC Cooperative, our ISCs provide training and support for schools across Washington. They keep systems running, data flowing, and educators focused on what matters most – students.

Here’s a quick look at the ISCs across our state and the regions they serve:

  • Northeast Washington Information Service Center (NEWISC) – Supports schools from Spokane to the Palouse and beyond.
  • Greater Columbia River Information Service Center (GCRISC) - Supports schools in Central and Southeastern Washington all the way to the Columbia River Gorge.
  • Capital Region Information Service Center (CRISC) – Supports schools across Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, and Thurston counties.
  • Olympic Region Information Service Center (WRISC/Olympic ISC) – Supports schools on the Olympic the Kitsap Peninsulas.
  • Northwest Region Data Center (NWRDC) - Supports school districts across Island, San Juan, Skagit, Snohomish and surrounding counties.

At WSIPC, we’re proud to stand united with every ISC and region as one team—empowering districts, simplifying technology, and moving education forward together!

WSIPC is a non-profit public agency that provides technology solutions, services, and support to K-12 schools.
