We’re hiring a Change Management Manager to play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of new solutions and respond to resistance to change. The Change Management Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees and stakeholders in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. Critical activities include conducting impact assessments, developing communications plans, designing training programs, and facilitating stakeholder engagement events.

As a public sector agency, WSIPC is unique, one of a kind, and those traits carry through to our employees! Our talented staff are dedicated to the customers we serve and possess a great deal of pride in ownership for the products and services we deliver.

Employees work together to ensure we make time for fun and the community as well. When asked what they like most about working at WSIPC, two common themes emerge, "...keeping money in the classroom for kids..." and "...we care for one another like family." A unique working environment indeed!

We hope you will consider joining the WSIPC family!
