WASWUG Spring Canceled Due To COVID-19 Concerns

On behalf of WSIPC and the WASWUG Planning Team, thank you for your patience and understanding as we have monitored and responded to the evolution of COVID-19 and the impact it has had on our nation, our state, and your district.

Due to the escalation of the outbreak and mandates set in place, we are canceling WASWUG Spring 2020 (which was rescheduled to take place in Bellevue, April 26-28).

We do this with deep disappointment, but our number one concern is the health and safety of our attendees and speakers, our partners, our colleagues, and our vendors.

To lessen the financial impact on you and your district, we will be processing full refunds for all currently registered attendees over the next several weeks. Due to administrative limitations, we are unable to transfer registrations to WASWUG Fall 2020 or WASWUG Spring 2021, but encourage you to register for those events as they become available.

We remain committed to WASWUG’s mission to provide our attendees with the highest level of software and professional development training. No WASWUG is complete without YOU, so we look forward to seeing you at WASWUG Fall 2020, October 12-14 in Spokane WA, and WASWUG Spring 2021, March 7-9 in Bellevue.

We hope to see you there!

If you have further questions, please contact the WASWUG Registrar.

*Housing – If you made housing reservations at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue or the Hilton Garden Inn within the new room blocks, your reservation will be canceled by the hotel. You will receive a cancelation notice from the hotel on Wednesday. If you don’t receive a cancelation on Wednesday, please contact the hotel to confirm your reservation is canceled.

*Presenters – More information will be coming later this month about how you can present at future WASWUGs.
