WASWUG Rescheduled Due to COVID-19 Concerns

Our number one concern is the health and safety of our attendees, speakers, partners, colleagues, and our vendors. 

Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, and the recommendations from Governor Inslee, we are rescheduling WASWUG Spring 2020 (which was scheduled to take place in Bellevue, March 8-10).

The new dates are April 26-28, 2020
Hyatt Regency Bellevue

Existing conference registrations will be applied to the new dates, with more details to come.

Hotel Reservations
If you made lodging arrangements in the WASWUG Block at the Hyatt or Hilton Garden Inn, these reservations will be cancelled at no penalty to you. We are currently working with our WASWUG hotels to provide you with new housing links, and will send out a separate communication to announce when they are open for new reservations.
