New Features Await You in Qmlativ!

Let’s Take a Look!

Assessment Entry and Access
In addition to importing test/assessment scores into state or federal assessments provided by Skyward, you can now also create local assessment layouts and templates to track your students’ scores, and import scores into your locally defined assessments!

Food Service by Homeroom Entries
This new feature is especially useful for schools that are not using traditional lunch lines due to the pandemic. Now your admin users and homeroom teachers can pull up a homeroom roster and enter purchases for those students right in the homeroom!

Guardian-Entered Absence Requests
Guardians can now enter Absence Requests through Family Access! Once an absence request is entered, it will appear in Administrative Access where you can mark it as excused or unexcused.

Parallel Edits within a Calculated Payroll
Looking to save time on payroll? Within a calculated payroll, multiple staff members can now make edits on different employees’ records at the same time!

Approvals Based on Position Distribution
Qmlativ now supports location-based approvals! If an employee works in multiple buildings, you can build out an approval hierarchy based on each position distribution for that employee.
