Join Us at the AWSP/WASA Summer Conference: Lead Change with Confidence and Clarity!
We want to invite you to join us at the AWSP/WASA Summer Conference (June 22-24, 2025, in Spokane, WA) for three dynamic learning opportunities designed specifically for leaders like you—leaders navigating complexity, guiding innovation, and striving to create meaningful, lasting change in their districts and schools.
We know your time is valuable, and that’s exactly why these sessions are built to energize your leadership and offer actionable tools.
- Sunday, June 22 – Pre-Conference Workshop (9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
Leading Lasting Change: A Deep Dive into Change Management
Facilitated by Lindsay Grams and Dana Anderson
This full-day experience is for leaders ready to dig in. You’ll leave with a practical framework for leading change with clarity, purpose, and resilience—no matter the initiative or context. Whether you’re managing instructional shifts, new technologies, or cultural transformation, this session will equip you with the tools and mindset to lead effectively.
- Monday, June 23 – Breakout Session (10:00 a.m.)
Leading Lasting Change: Empowering Leaders to Navigate Transformation
With Lindsay Grams and Dana Anderson
If you can’t join the pre-conference session, don’t miss this powerful breakout. We’ll explore the dynamics of change, key leadership strategies, and how to sustain momentum when change gets hard. Session topics include the ABCs of sponsorship, the ADKAR change continuum, and clarifying success to overcome resistance.
- Tuesday, June 24 – Breakout Session (8:30 a.m.)
Future Ready with Qmlativ: Leading Your District Through a Successful Migration
Facilitated by Jessica Gleason and Dana Anderson
This session is for district leaders navigating or on the roadmap to a transition to Qmlativ. We’ll share real-world insights, common pitfalls, and leadership strategies to ensure your district’s migration is successful—not just technically, but culturally and strategically. Over 150 districts or educational partners have completed the journey so far, and we have a similar number to go over the next three years.
Each session is designed to uplift, challenge, and empower you to take your leadership to the next level.
Online registration for the AWSP/WASA Summer Conference is closed but we will be doing registration on site, June 21-24. We won't be accepting payment at the conference, WASA will bill districts post-event based on forms collected on site.
We hope you’ll join us. Your leadership matters, and these sessions are here to support you.
