One way to buffer against the negative effects of change is to deliberately spend quality time interacting with others. Such exchanges can be with co-workers, close friends, even casual acquaintances. This talk describes how the human brain responds to this buffering effect. It turns out the brain really hates to change, but, happily, is also really good at it.

WSIPC hosts a hybrid conference in March each year, with both in-person and virtual options. These sessions are taught by knowledgeable WSIPC, Skyward and ESD staff, trained professionals, and software power users.
