**FINAL REMINDER**
The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) Immunization Reports in SMS 2.0 and Qmlativ will twilight in October 2024
The DOH Immunization Reports will be removed from the SMS 2.0 and Qmlativ Student Management Systems, so your district must transition to the DOH IIS School Module before the deadline.
Reports are already available in the DOH Immunization Information System (IIS) School Module. The School Reports Overview Video provides some helpful information about these reports.
(Note: The DOH Student Directory files in SMS 2.0 and Qmlativ, used for the School Module Roster upload, will not be twilighted.)
