What's New!

Discover What's New in Qmlativ!

Here's a look at the latest features now available in Qmlativ.

Importing Report Designer Sections

With this new feature of the Report Designer, the possibilities are as endless as your imagination. Sometimes, there is a report that already has much of what you are looking for, but you have to recreate it to get exactly what you need. Now, this process is much easier with the ability to download a report design and modify it by adding one or multiple sections to create a new report.

File Sharing

Are there reports you seek or reports you've created that would benefit the Qmlativ community? The Resources area in Skyward Community includes the File Sharing feature that allows you to share your files with one another!

You can use the File Sharing feature to post or download reports (data mining and report builder), imports, online forms, and even third-party files used to transfer data between Skyward and third-party vendors.

Integrated Special Programs Support

Qmlativ now includes enhanced support for managing special programs such as Special Education, English Language Learning (ELL), and Gifted & Talented. These modules come with built-in compliance tracking and progress monitoring tools, helping districts meet state and federal requirements with ease.

Creating Processing Lists from a Related Browse

This feature allows administrators to create processing lists for Employees, Staff, and Students from related browses throughout Qmlativ (for example, from the Class Roster, Activities, or Assignments browse). This is a great time saver for administrators.

Medication Inventory

Your nurses will be thrilled to hear that the much-anticipated Medication Inventory feature is now available in Qmlativ! This new feature streamlines this process by allowing users to easily enter medication details and create an administration schedule. And, Qmlativ automatically deducts administered medication from the inventory, making it easier to track and audit medication stock.

With these exciting updates, Qmlativ continues to evolve to meet the real-world needs of districts across the state.
