We know you are worried about the coronavirus and we share your concerns. We are tracking the situation closely, and we will follow all recommendations from the Washington State Department of Health to keep you safe.

According to the Washington State Department of Health, the immediate health risk from COVID-19 is considered low. There are currently no recommendations to cancel public gatherings, so WASWUG will occur as scheduled and we look forward to seeing you there.

We are taking precautions to keep you all safe, and we will provide all attendees with hand sanitizer at registration.

The Hyatt Regency is also monitoring the COVID-19 situation and remains vigilant in following the recommended precautionary measures, protocols and guidelines from state and federal health organizations in an effort to ensure our guests remain in a safe and healthy environment.

To protect yourself and others, wash your hands, cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing, and avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth. If you are sick, please stay at home-you can send a colleague in your place for no charge (contact the WASWUG Registrar with questions).
