Vehicles will be sold to the highest bidder; the awarded bidder will be responsible for all applicable taxes and licensing.

Any parties interested in seeing the vehicle(s), must send a letter of interest via email to the Contract Administrator at vehicles4sale@wsipc.org to schedule an appointment. Please include complete contact information. 

Sealed bids from interested parties must be received by Monday, September 22, 2025 at 1PM Pacific Standard Time. 

Sealed bids can be mailed or dropped off Monday through Friday, between 8AM – 1PM to:

Late Responses will not be accepted. 

Sealed Bids will be opened at 3PM Pacific Standard Time on September 22, 2025. The Bid(s) opening date is subject to modification at WSIPC’s sole discretion. WSIPC reserves the right to reject all bids.
