Your Statewide Migration Project Team is made up of experienced, dedicated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic support personnel from your ESDs and WSIPC. This team is made up of the following groups to ensure that you achieve a successful transition to and use of the Skyward Qmlativ product.
Migration Program Manager – Is responsible for the overall success of the migration initiative. This role involves coordinating project efforts across regional and district service center teams, ensuring alignment with assessed objectives, effective communication and efficient resource management. They operate at a strategic level, overseeing multiple initiatives related to migration work to achieve organizational goals.
Project Implementation Coordinators (PIC) – Are the individuals who manage timelines, resources, and project scope changes, ensuring project objectives are met. They coordinate activities among product line specialists, district project teams, data validation teams, and third-party integration teams. They serve as a direct communication conduit between the district, regional and statewide support teams.

They work to elevate concerns within each district's project and implement strategies to facilitate successful change adoption.

They are recognized as experts in their area, possessing deep knowledge of system function and application of use, critical to providing guidance, problem solving and decision making for Qmlativ migrations.
Data Validation Services – Ensure that migrated core and critical data is accurate, complete, and ready to use in the Qmlativ product – the foundation of Data Validation. This involves verifying core data from the current system, finding errors or gaps, and making sure the transition goes smoothly with minimal disruption to processes as the district moves forward with transitioning to and implementing Qmlativ.
Technology Experts – Are the individuals who have a thorough understanding of the system level structure and tools in Qmlativ. They are recognized as experts in system technical concepts such as API, FTP Paths, and Integrations.
Why work with a dedicated migration team?
The Statewide Migration Team has already migrated over 150 districts and therefore brings a depth and breadth of experience to every project. Their guidance, when implemented by the district, will strengthen the likelihood of a successful migration and use of Qmlativ into the future.
