Your District Migration Project Team is made up of dedicated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic support personnel. This team will be made up of Sponsor(s), Project Lead(s), Technical Staff and District/Building Influencers.

Sponsor(s) — Are the driving force behind the Qmlativ Migration Project and the ambassadors of change. They communicate the "why" of the change and project progress. They demonstrate an enthusiasm for the project and continually share tips on how to manage the change that district staff are experiencing.

Project Lead(s) — Are responsible for keeping the District Migration Project team on track and aligned with the goals set for the project. The Project Lead(s) ensure we communicate frequently and thoroughly throughout the project keeping all informed.

Technical Staff — Are the individuals who bring software subject matter expertise to support the data and user transition during the migration process. This small team includes individuals that are familiar with the Business (ERP) product suite, Student product suite, and cross product areas, like security and third-party software integrations.

District/Building Content Influencers — These folks are the boots on the ground! They are the early adopters and are eager to ensure that district personnel are excited and ready to work in Qmlativ.
