Success of the New Student Enrollment Module Leads to ANOTHER Price Drop!
Posted on October 04, 2018 by WSIPC News
Almost 200,000 users, across 34 districts of all sizes, are now enjoying the benefits of the New Student Enrollment (NSE) module. Participation drives down costs, and when this happens, WSIPC passes those cost-savings along to Cooperative members.
Because of the success of this module, WSIPC was able to accelerate the recovery of the purchase of NSE, dropping the FTE fee for this product from $1.88 to $1.50 in September 2017.
We are now thrilled to announce that we are dropping the cost AGAIN!
Beginning September 1, 2018, the cost will be reduced to $1.25.
That’s a savings of $0.25 per FTE!
“At WSIPC we are dedicated to being positive stewards for the Cooperative, by providing advanced technology solutions and by using the power of membership to manage costs for the districts. ”
Marty Daybell, WSIPC CEO.
NSE saves new and returning students a trip to the office while saving you thousands!
NSE is one of WSIPC’s Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings for Student Management. (SaaS offerings give districts the opportunity to implement additional non-core modules at membership pricing.)
With NSE, guardians enroll students from your district's website using their Family Access login credentials. All information is protected from the moment it's entered, and once approved by your registrars, this information becomes a part of the student’s record. This saves your district time and money by eliminating data entry, and paper and printing costs. NSE also gives guardians access to calendars, schedules, grades, lunch accounts, and much more. No calls to IT and no waiting needed.
Empty out your waiting rooms and free up your staff's schedule while providing a great first impression for your guardians.
