“With the implementation of WSIPC’s WESPaC software and other products and services, the Cooperative is assisting school districts in revolutionizing the way they manage their student and business operations. When I joined the WSIPC team, I became a catalyst towards achieving this daily objective. I enjoy consulting with data center and school district professionals-educating them about WESPaC, counseling them on this ERP software system’s integration with school district operations, and supporting their information processing needs. WSIPC’s support structure allows me to develop and maintain a close, working relationship with clientele. I’ve never experienced a dull moment during my three years at WSIPC.
Internally, WSIPC is staffed with consummate professionals, each committed to those we serve and progressing WSIPC’s role in the K-12 educational community. This dedication extends inward as organizational culture allows for proficient collaboration in a relaxed atmosphere. I enjoy working with my team as we collectively pool our skills and knowledge to provide value to our clients and the Cooperative. I also team up regularly with other co-workers developing product requirements and addressing enterprise wide projects. I continue to learn and discover intrinsic rewards from interactions with my colleagues.
While there is a dedication to work, WSIPC has a personal side too. Colleagues lunch together, chatting about life outside WSIPC’s “four walls.” Birthdays and milestones are celebrated monthly. Employees rejoice with seasonal festivities coordinated by WSIPC’s Friendship Committee. Recently, I was humbled as my colleagues celebrated the anticipated birth of my son. More important than the terrific vacation accrual package, WSIPC management actually strives to make sure employees take vacation and enjoy their personal lives. With its leadership and remotely-accessible tools, WSIPC truly promotes a work-life balance.
